DELIVERY INFORMATION

We know you can't wait to start enjoying your new smart home system, so we only use the quickest and most reliable couriers.

DELIVERY

We deliver to Mainland UK only. 

We do not deliver to Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. 

Goods will be delivered to you at the address provided by you on the order form. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. Most orders received before 2 pm are processed and dispatched the same working day provided the items are in stock. We keep plenty of stock so most of the orders are dispatched the same day for next day delivery. 

Most instances we will dispatch the same day as well, however free deliveries may take 1 extra day at most.

You will receive an order confirmation via email. This is not a VAT invoice. Should you require one please email us at accounts@grabex.co.uk

DELIVERY COST

The cost of delivery will be added to your shopping cart.

We offer chargeable Next Day delivery and free 2-3 days delivery. 

If your order value exceeds £100 you are entitled to free of charge Next Day delivery.

COLLECTION 

You can also collect your order on the same day from our office within our opening hours Monday to Friday 7am - 5 pm

REFUSING DELIVERY

We ask you to check your order at the point of delivery for any shortages or obvious damage and to make note of this on the carrier's paperwork when you sign for them. If you are unhappy to accept the goods for any reason please refuse the delivery and contact us on info@grabex.co.uk as soon as possible. 

You must report any shortages or damage to us via email within 24hrs of taking delivery. If this is not done we are unable to assist.

DELAYS

If a product is delayed or out of stock we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail in the earliest instance to discuss your order. We do our best to ensure that our stock levels are accurate, but on the odd occasion if the item you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you ASAP to discuss alternatives or to advise of the lead time.

If we are unable to deliver your order by the date quoted for delivery you are also entitled to cancel the order at any time before we dispatch your items. 

FRAUD PREVENTIONS AND SECURITY

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address, PO Box or freight forwarding address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible. We have additional procedures in place to ensure our customers are protected from on-line fraud. You may, therefore, be contacted before your delivery date so that these checks can be fully carried out.
